I am thinking about planting clover...it is an organic alternative to grass, and a better natural ground cover, which doesn't need to be mowed, but looks green and lovely. I think my chickens would like it too. My grandmother had chickens and dearly loved them each one unique in their own way she would say.<br />Miss Eleanor is something else, why you can see how she just glows for her picture to be taken. She even tilts her head a bit. :-)<br />Your watering can looks lovely sitting there all prettied up in pink and ready for use.<br />Our 11 inches of snow yesterday hasn't slowed the wild life down any here. I did spread extra feed for them as a treat. :-)<br />Our power went out due to the weight of the snow, but it was back on rather quickly. <br />Spring weather is always interesting.
