Hello dear friends, today I am sharing a special treat with you!

My dear friend Cheryl Smith who blogs at Homespun Devotions
 has written another book!
She first wrote Biblical Minimalism a couple of years ago,
which was such a marvelous read about her journey to living life simply
using core Biblical values and teachings.
Now, she has written her second book,
which will be the first volume in a series that she is continuing to write.

Cheryl and I have been blogging friends for many years, and she has always been such an encourager and a beautiful writer who shares lessons that she has learned through walking with the Lord. She writes in a clear, easy-to-read style with stories and lessons from her life that have encouraged her.  These experiences are reinforced through scripture, as she weaves compelling devotions that are short, to the point, and full of poignant truths to encourage the reader in a closer, deeper, and more intimate relationship with the Lord. Homespun Devotions has 50 different devotions about 3-4 pages in length, and perfect for moring devotionals, they could be used as great bible study outlines, and perfect to read in short lengths, or all at once! In fact, it is hard to put down this book, once you begin to read, as each short devotional grabs your soul with its message.

So, today I am thrilled to give away 2 copies of Homespun Devotions! The giveaway will run until the end of October and on Monday, November 1, I will pick 2 names to send a copy of Homespun Devotions to. The copies will be shipped directly to you through Amazon, and the winners will need to email me their full name and shipping address. This giveaway is open to anyone who can receive packages from Amazon!

So please, tell your friends about this giveaway, and be sure to leave a comment below letting me know you want to be entered for the giveaway, making sure I can email you either through your blog, or leave an email address in the comment. I will send an email to both winners on Monday, November 1 with congratulations, and requesting your address.

And remember, if you don't win a copy of this book, you can always find this book that will really bless your life here!

I hope to write a blog post later this week sharing some beautiful Fall pictures with you :) Sending many blessings and love to all!

  11. What a wonderful tribute to Cheryl and her new book. I'm about halfway through reading my copy from her, so please don't put me in the giveaway.
I'm looking forward to seeing your fall photos. I'm finding myself so homesick for the beautiful mountains of NE Washington and N. Idaho. Enjoy them and say a prayer for me while gazing on God's beautiful handiwork.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy
